Healthy Streets Resources

Healthy Streets wants to work together with your community. Whether this means you want us actively supporting projects or you want funding to get you started. We can help. The multitude of resources featured below are here to support community projects and ideas as that is what Healthy Streets is all about.
Community Toolkit

Our Community toolkit gives you a flavour of what Healthy Streets is all about, what has already been achieved and how healthy streets could work with your community. Download our Community tool kit here for a fuller picture.

We have a range of templates and resources available to help your community work with Healthy Streets.

When organising meetings it's all about the preparation as this is the most effective way to achieve your goals. To assist with this we have created an agenda template and a meeting minute's template. Using these will help you plan the points to be discussed as a community and will also help you keep track of the action points you wish to follow up.

Meeting Agenda

Action Plans

Action plans are how a your communities ideas should be put forward to Healthy Streets as it is the most effective way for us to support any projects you wish to have. The template we provide enables you to collect all the information you require to take your actions to the next stage as a community

Forms and Sheets

When first establishing Healthy Streets in your community, you may want to collect ideas and contacts from events. We have created templates for you to establish who in your area has ideas and who wants to get actively involved in community initiative.
